About a yr ago I bought an Invicta picket from Evine item# 658-607. Lately the picket stopped when it was not on my wrist. I decided to have it serviced. Earlier shipping I took a few pictures of the picket. The sentinel was received past International Picket Service Center (IWSC) and on 7-22-xix I got an electronic mail from them saying that afterwards an evaluation I will get some other email with their findings later on 2 business days. No sign from IWSC for a week, and so I chosen customer service to get an update on vii-29-19. Call started @ ane:02 pm EDT.

Client service told me that I have to pay $159.00 for the replacement of the move, and that I should accept an email from them telling me their findings during the inspection of the sentry. The email came into my email box @ 1:twenty pm EDT during the conversation with customer service. In the email was no reason for the charge that was required. I was very surprised by the fact that I had to pay for replacement of the movement because the movement is covered nether the 3 years warranty for the watch. Customer service transferred me to a technician Austin **.

Austin told me that the scout was opened before it was send to them and at that place is a fingerprint on the movement and the bombardment was changed with an Energizer battery so they tin can not honor the warranty. When I told Austin that what is maxim was not possible and I have pictures before shipping that prove the back of the sentinel since the sentinel has a see thru back, and the bombardment is visible with the movement, we got "disconnected" considering the chat was recorded on the 800 number that I called. Then Austin called me back afterward a few minutes on a phone line that was not recording our conversation and offer to fix my watch without charge, only at this time I volition have to look considering they do not have the movement in stock. Shortly after that I got emails from Austin stating merely that. No reason why the initial charge of $159.00 was waived.

I would like to mention something else. The movement of this watch is a Ronda Z60. The battery for this movement should last 50 months. Why would I open the watch to waive the warranty, and replace a bombardment that I knew is not the trouble after one year working? I do my homework before I proceed with a plan. I hope IWSC volition fix the picket in a timely fashion but I truly believe this is just the get-go of this story giving the circumstances. What is going on at IWSC is incorrect at so many levels! I am stunned by the practices of this company that Invicta is using for servicing their watches. I was aware that things got very bad lately but this is beyond my imagination. What I actually do not empathise is how IWSC has an A+ rating past the Better Business organization Bureau?

I bought the Invicta 9094OB automatic picket for €115, in early July 2019 from spotter store in Athens, Greece. Information technology was imported from French republic, according to the seller. I have not experienced whatever problems then far. Time is a very authentic and waterproof watch. At to the lowest degree for swimming. The engine is fabricated by Seiko. l just replaced the bracelet with a blue rubber band. I am completely satisfied with my buy.

My watch had a yellowish Invicta price tag that priced information technology at $995.00. Only, no one was selling information technology for more than than around $150.00. Actually a lot less. The quality was really never there and replacement parts are nonexistent. Needed a replacement glass/crystal a short while later buying the lookout and not only could I not see the part...but the watch itself was not found on the Invicta website. Non at all impressed....

Most of the people that rate these watches are non taking care of quality watches. Similar the person that complains near the "rubber" watch band.... You tin can't abuse things and expect them to last. Yes I have several, and all are automatic, swiss etc. Never had one issue or trouble. Also they accept increased in value...

I bought a new Invicta on a Royal Caribbean cruise this by May. I didn't want to wear it until I went back to piece of work after the cruise. The first day I wore it the pin property the watch bracelet to the watch came loose twice; I couldn't proceed my new spotter on my wrist. I took information technology to i of our local Invicta stores within a mall only to be told not merely do they not have any pins to replace the defective pin but the just matter I could exercise is transport it to Invicta Customer Service and the cost would be $28.

So, you are telling me not only can you not put a new pin in my watch but it was going to cost me $28 to go information technology repaired, not counting how much time my new watch would be out for service? This is total BS. Why would I proceed ownership Invicta watches when something similar this happened? I wouldn't!!! If this is the kind of customer intendance Invicta offers they have lost me every bit a customer. What a crock!!!!

These watches are throw aways. If you ever have the battery changed out, yous void the warranty, unless y'all spend $xxx to mail it to Invicta, $30 to send it back, Plus $30 battery. And so information technology adds $90 EVEN though i used a reputable Jeweler, the same guy that changes out my battery for my TAGs for $40. DOESN'T Brand Whatever Difference TO INVICTA. They must modify out battery or your warranty is void. I accept a Gold Sub Aqua Noma one, really similar the way it looked, information technology has a white Mother of Pearl face only loses 10 min./day. Had bombardment changed & it made no departure. Had it inverse once more, no deviation. Sent it to Invicta, they said warranty is void as they didn't do the battery change.

They wanted to charge me $140 for a new motility even though this was less than ane year old. I said, "no," as it did non make any sense, equally the warranty should still exist expert & information technology was 60% of the total original cost. I thought I would give them another gamble every bit I bought two Aviators. One had a vapor leak within 1 Day, the other loses 5 min per day & the 2d manus does not reset to the 12 o'clock position. Information technology is 2 seconds off. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP. I cannot recommend them as anything more than a throw away. Buy it because information technology looked cool. If you have a problem, toss information technology in the garbage as not worth fixing. Salve your money & buy a better watch anywhere else.

I have about 10 Invictas considering they are squeamish looking watches. Most of the chronograph mechanism do non work correct on any of them. Some of the buttons just don't work and the others practise non reset to 12:00. I have purchased 3 automatics and none of them continue accurate fourth dimension. One volition lose v minutes a solar day. I talked to Invicta Ryan about this and he said he has the same watches and has never had a problem. Visitor line. Did some enquiry recently and constitute Invicta does not make any of it watch works and they are some very inexpensive even the ones that indicate Swiss Made. I am thru with the make. A good Seiko or Pulsar will last you many years.

I bought my sis a watch for Christmas. She only wore information technology once, second time around before putting it on she noticed that one of the hands fell off. Nosotros went to the shop, paid the $30 to sent it to the repair eye and now they want to charge me with the repair! A sentinel that's less than vi months one-time!! Information technology was always kept in its ain box in the same place. When I called to cheque why they were charging me because this clearly was a manufacturer defect they replied they dont embrace accidental bug. How they got to that decision? I'll never know. Information technology's non like the watch was used to play baseball with it! I used to love this brand merely never again. I prefer to buy a $xx spotter that lasts even longer. I send emails and they dont respond, over the telephone horrible experience also. They dont represent what they sell. Dont waste your coin with these people.

I know I'm not the only one who has had this. The bands that are colored, any color and are metal, the colors instantly outset to rub off, i vesture and they show damage and it is non covered!!! They say just mechanical items are covered. Then if you get any band other than leather, silicone or rubber...It will show wear and harm. I work in computers, I sit at a desk-bound or walk effectually. No violence on my watches at all BUT they show the colors rubbing off! I thought the iridescent ones since they are supposed to be FLAME treated would be different, NOPE. Wears off just like the residue and they WON'T do anything for y'all. So if you are Non paying under x/month on Evine for a lookout with that type of band you will be ripped off! Beware!

I mailed Invicta a spotter I bought in January 2017 aboard a cruise ship for repair. The picket runs boring virtually a minute per 24-hour interval and therefore, needs to be adjusted everyday. I sent the watch to be "calibrated/adjusted" with $28 for shipping. They emailed me that the price would be $68 to repair. I replied that I wasn't interested in repair considering information technology was supposed to exist warrantied for 3 years. They called me on the phone to "negotiate" the repair cost down to $38.00. I agreed to that and received the lookout a week later. Much to my surprise (not actually), the sentinel was NEVER stock-still. The sent me a annotation that it was watertight. Dah! I knew that. So, my sentry however runs slow every solar day. I won't be wearing information technology any longer.

I love the blueprint of these watches so I have purchased 4 of them. The concluding lookout I purchased six months agone. It stopped working then I took it to my local watch repair place to get the battery replaced thinking that was the problem. The technician told me that the gear was bad and he was unable to get parts for it. I thought...no problem, it is under warranty. And then to ship it to Invicta repair, you lot accept to pay them $thirty that they claim is for aircraft, plus yous have to pay to ship information technology at that place (full of $46). They get the watch and send me an invoice for $159...huh? I reply twice telling them it should be under warranty. They write back and say the warranty does not cover "accidental" damage. I asked them what they were talking about and they told me that the gear was bad due to loftier impact. Listen you lot there is no outside impairment to the sentinel.

I have washed nada but article of clothing it on my wrist. Then they come up with the excuse that I voided the warranty by having someone else other than them replace the battery…huh?? And so at present they expect me to pay $46 plus whatever ridiculous amount they will accuse me to replace the battery just then they can come up with another excuse to not award the warranty??? I merely have worn this watch approximately half dozen times since I rotate wearing my watches. Then they tell me the best they can do is $89. The shipping plus the cost for the repairs is more than than what I paid for the spotter. Don't waste your money sending your watch to them, it is the same thing everyone else is saying on here. What is the point of a warranty? Do Not BUY THESE WATCHES. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

I'g a 59 yr erstwhile CEO that purchased 8 Invicta Watches. Within a few months of purchase each and every i of them malfunctioned! (Straps, crystals, stems, 60 minutes indicators falling off, movement, etc.) Needless to say I will NEVER buy another Invicta lookout as long every bit I live. I highly recommend you don't either! To chemical compound matters I sent 2 of the aforementioned watches to their watch repair service center. International Lookout man Service Center (IWSC). I can honestly say I've NEVER dealt with a more Moronic grouping in my life! They actually quoted me a repair cost greater than or equal to what I paid for the watch! Please call me at ** and I'll go into even greater detail why you shouldn't buy an Invicta or use International Picket Service Center. In fact I intend to report both to the Ameliorate Business concern Bureau and began a lawsuit against both!!! Michael **

Sent watch in to Invicta's third party repair company. E-mail communication was prompt and appeared to exist adept, merely this inverse later a phone telephone call with one of the customer service reps. The guy had terrible customer service skills and tried to convince me that I dropped my watch and caused the mainspring to pause, which but did non happen. The watch did not proceed time since information technology was new. Subsequently 20 minutes on the phone they offered to waive $150 overhaul fee and make me pay $79 to supersede the mainspring. The guy says at that place is a bit on the crystal and that's why they won't repair the move...really?! They are pretty much just gonna brand upwardly a reason not to award the warranty, and so relieve your money sending it in for evaluation considering they volition only ship you a nib and a bunch of BS excuses. I bought a Invicta Women's 'Sea Base' Quartz Stainless Steel Coincidental Watch (Model: 20391) for my wife on Amazon In November of 2018. I am on a stock-still income and information technology took us over 5 months to save up the 200.00 for the scout. In January 2019 the hour hand stopped working. As per instructions on the website to take care of the 3 Year warranty, I took information technology into the Invicta store at the mall to process the defective watch. The shop director noticed the X for ten had also fallen to the bottom of the inside between the crystal and the confront of the watch. The store told me information technology would cost $28.00 plus $2.00 insurance to have it warranted. I said ok even though they were charging me xv% of its value to have it fixed UNDER Warranty.

The Invicta store shipped it to the simply warranty store listed on the website in Utah. They contacted me today and said the can repair it for $115.00 to include the movement and the dial face. After questioning the CSR about the price, she said it they would drop the price and not charge me the $65.00 for the motility. This also confused me but she said, "That is all I can practise for yous."

I contacted the visitor I purchased it from, Watch Technicians, explained what the Invicta repair location said, and I was told they will send me a PrePaid selection upwards sideslip to transport information technology back and they would warranty it for me. This made sense to me, but I could not sympathise why IWSC (International Watch Service Center 9298 S 500W, Sandy Utah 84070) the Authorized Warranty Agent would not do this for me. Then I called Invicta Watch Corporation Headquarters, 1 Invicta Way, Hollywood Florida 33201, explained to the operator what had happened and I wanted to talk with someone at corporate that would or could assistance me.

When the lady came on the line, I explained information technology to her and she said she would cheque on it for me. When she got back to me, I realized it was the same company that told me they would non help me to begin with. I thought Invicta was a worldwide corporation, not just a corporation that sold its name to some local shop that does non have their vision of client satisfaction. She told me the same affair that the CSR told me. I asked why they wouldn't help me and she said the watch numbers on the dial were probably knocked off from an impact.

I asked if peradventure the defect in workmanship could accept been a bad weld or their glue did not work since they decided to warranty the movement but not the punch face up. Over again I was told that is all they will do for me. I asked them to transport back the sentry and I will ship information technology to Spotter Technicians to honor the Invicta warranty. I guess the point I want to brand is a company spends thousands or millions of dollars to advertise their products and abound their market place, then a little guy similar me spends a couple hundred bucks on his wife, and they tell you to pound sand.

I likewise wish I could charge per unit lower than one star. Extremely disappointed! Patently when yous spend $100 on a watch and it stops working correctly presently after the allotted fourth dimension frame that's just too bad. Likewise tardily to return to Amazon, and when y'all call the company they are useless. The employees must accept taken a form in terrible client service. They charge $28 to transport it in for service! Could not believe it. Simply had the watch for a few months. They want you to pay even though their production is garbage. This sentry will not keep time or the right date. Buyer beware! I wouldn't recommend any product from this company to my worst enemy. The claims they make on their products are terribly misleading. They boast of quality and value and their products possess neither! Some value... I spent $100 on a hunk of trash metal!

I do non recommend buying an INVICTA watch. I bought a Pro Diver 6983 as a gift for my father and after i year the band started breaking. It was breaking in several places too indicating that the quality of the safety band was conspicuously low. I called customer service to request a replacement band and they told me that the bands weren't part of the warranty. I asked them if they thought information technology was normal that such a overnice Swiss watch would break then quickly and they had no respond. Then now I have to replace the band for $38 earlier revenue enhancement and aircraft and I don't think that's right. That ring should take been replaced by the company. I volition not purchase some other lookout man from them. Client service is EVERYTHING. Sure, it would have cost the company $38 to replace my band, merely at least they would accept kept a customer.

I purchased an Invicta watch in February 2018--not notwithstanding a year old. I wore the lookout man once. I found it to exist losing time then I contacted the company. I was told the bombardment could be weak since there was no mode to decide how long it had been on the shelf. This sounded reasonable, so I had the battery replaced. The watch still lost time. I and so contacted the visitor via email and was told I needed to ship the scout in for inspection--for a fee of course.

I paid for the inspection to have it checked out at IWSC repairs. I also paid to send the sentinel. Now, I have received a repair invoice in the corporeality of $65.00. The total of these charges is more than I paid for the watch! They tell me the warranty is void considering the bombardment has been replaced and that replacement damaged the watch--causing it to lose time. Well, if that is the example--why is it interim exactly as it did before the replacement? Perchance the initial battery installation caused the problem?! My business means nil to them and neither volition yours. Please go elsewhere for your watches. One star rating is not low enough.

If I could rate Invicta lower than i star, I would. I'yard embarrassed to say I have been an Invicta collector for 10 years with about 150 watches, but no longer. They appear to be a not bad value with heavy build quality and peachy style... Simply God help you if y'all need service. Their service has got to be the worst of any consumer goods company, from my experience. But the real purpose of this review is to warn you to NEVER buy an Invicta watch with a polyurethane or safe strap. It volition last you iii yrs average. The bands dry rot and crumble into pieces sometimes when you're wearing them... Talk about embarrassing!!! It took me a few years to find this out and now I take at to the lowest degree 12 of these watches with rotted out bands with more surely to follow. But don't fear because Invicta volition be happy to replace them for you for an average price of $150 equally they are not covered under warranty which doesnt matter anyhow because Invicta warranties are worthless.

This company has built watches knowingly with design flaws and takes ZERO responsibility or buying of this problem. Any decent company would gladly replace these bands gratis of accuse (they cant possibly price Invicta more than $25) equally a sign of goodwill but more importantly taking ownership of a very serious error. A course action lawsuit should exist brought against this company and I am actually because it. I should also note that it seems Invicta does not apply this type of ring anymore in favor of silicone which so far does not seem to have this trouble.

This seems to be an access of the trouble only they however will practise aught most it. Conspicuously they MUST know that this type of problem is not caused past customer fail or abuse... Clearly this should NEVER happen under whatsoever circumstances. A heavy safe watch should last a lifetime. I've had other quality issues with this make too numerous to mention (easily falling off as 1 example) but the strap issue is a very serious one equally I have over $2000 worth of unwearable Invicta watches due to bad straps. I Volition NOT pay their ridiculous replacement prices only to likely accept the same thing happen again in a few years. Practise yourself a favor and resist the temptation to buy Invicta... They have no respect for their many loyal collectors and they simply Practise NOT Intendance about the customer, PERIOD! Read the overwhelmingly negative reviews every bit they are truthful. Stay away or you volition soon see INVICTA WATCHES ARE JUNK!

I am floored that the watch I paid good money for less than four months ago is not covered under warranty. This watch was worn most 10 times so the hour and minute easily basically quit working unless you lot shook the watch. They would then spin freely. Invicta said this is not a manufacturer defect but a sign of the picket being dropped. This watch was taken off and never dropped or striking a doorway or anything else they tried to merits. What appears to be a quality product is null more than a hunk of junk. The just thing worse is their so chosen warranty. I will never purchase another Invicta product again. Unbelievably Bad Client Service.

Bought an Invicta 6210 GMT warning picket 7/2018. When I received the scout the warning did not piece of work. I contacted the visitor. They referred me to their repair company. They wanted $28 plus shipping costs to send it at that place. Even though the sentinel was brand new and never worn and came with a 5 year warranty. When they received the watch, they called and said it would take about 10 days to prepare. They said they would have information technology repaired and sent back. After about 3 weeks still didn't hear anything from them. I called to see why it hasn't been returned. They said that the motion needed to be replaced and they would have to order a new i which would take about 5 weeks. It would and so have a new move installed. After most 6 weeks we finally received the watch dorsum (Alarm STILL DIDN'T Work).

They wanted us to believe information technology had a brand new motility installed, but the receipt said only a pressure test was done. All they did was set up it on a shelf for six weeks, lie about what they were going to do with it and send it back. Not working with even the same dead battery. When we chosen the company the rude manager said that we bought information technology on eBay so we didn't pay full price for it anyway. Which is none of their concern where I bought it or how much was paid, their merely business concern should be this is a brand new lookout, never worn nether warranty and was bought for a licensed Invicta dealer.

And then if you are paying more for an Invicta watch considering it is supposed to have a warranty over a new one that doesn't I wouldn't practise it. CONCLUSION the only reason Invicta says they accept a warranty and a place to ship information technology to for repairs is merely to sell the watch and get y'all to pay more than money for information technology. In reality there is NO WARRANTY, and they will merely soak you for more than money and non fix anything. AS you tin can see for yourself we are not the merely people with this verbal complaint. Invicta is a scam and a ripoff.

Bought Invicta sentry 8927 as gift from the Invictastores.com, June 5, 2017. It is a cocky-winding (automated) sentry, the lookout is wound on wrist as well every bit with attention to winding to be certain it has been sufficiently wound. The lookout arbitrarily stops and has to exist reset and again wound, this happens overnight likewise as at whatsoever given time during the day. The lookout man came with a 5 year warranty that at this point seems nonexistent as when nosotros reached out to the visitor, they directed us to a repair visitor, "International Watch Service Visitor" we followed instruction and sent the watch with a required $16.00 for inspection too every bit postage.

About a calendar week after the watch two/27/xviii we received an electronic mail advising the motility repair would cost $54.95 and naught would be washed until that amount was received. Payment was fabricated over the phone, about 3/xx/18 we received the watch with a report of h2o tightness and that the watch had passed. The very side by side 24-hour interval fourth dimension again stopped. There was no repair made merely a exam performed. The picket however stops arbitrarily. When I contacted Invicta Corp. they refer me to the repair company and and so on. Bad warranty, bad warranty company, bad product, bad customer service.

When they say the warranty is for 5 years and now I guess 3 years it is a lie because they practise not tell that the warranty is only for the internal moving parts (I guess the move). They do not comprehend any manufacturing defects. I had very bad experience with their client service section. Now I go to a local sentry repair shop to become the watches fixed. I just read the review from the admirer on the cruise ship and thought that maybe I somehow signed up and wrote a review and forgot about it. The Verbal same affair happened to me. I purchased a Pro Diver 17882. I was told it retailed for $800 but I could get it for the special price of $229. (Same lookout sells at Sam's for $110). Within one month the chronograph by the 9 stopped working. I take followed all the push button instructions and information technology doesn't work. Oh well.

2 days agone the band just fell off. I wrote and called Invicta and was told that for $28 they could diagnose the trouble, but not ready the band as that is not included. I told them that is not a warranty. I was nice and I remember the gal on the phone agreed information technology was a ripoff. I told them I would just accept it to a lookout man repair store in boondocks. They seriously said "that will void the warranty" haha. Then I took the sentry downwards to a great repairman in my town and he fixed the band, free of charge. I nevertheless have the issue with the nonworking chronograph. I accept been an owner of Swiss Army, love them, and as well have a Nixon simply the dial is all blackness and hard to come across time at night. I thought the Invicta looked cracking and I bought it. Bad determination.

I purchased an Invicta Spotter on a cruise ship - the watch fell apart the get-go time information technology was worn. The watch itself still tells time but looked bad with slice missing. I sent information technology in with cost of ~30$ plus paying for FedEx shipping. I assumed information technology was under warranty - simply the warranty but covers the internal working parts of the lookout - not the appearance. Information technology was 75$ to repair the spotter that had only been worn once. Needless to say, the watch itself on the ship cost $120 (supposedly a great discount from the usual toll). I learned a lesson - Don't Purchase WATCH ON CRUISE SHIP and DON'T Buy INVICTA WATCHES.

I have purchased several Invicta watches. 11 full. Just 1 still works. Every watch has broken, or stopped working at approximately 1 year! Their watches are neat looking, and will take hold of a lot of eyes! Merely my Timex has lasted xiii years, and hasn't cost me a penny more. I took the time to place the extended warranties on all my watches. They don't back them. I called the visitor and spoke to them about the issues. Was told to ship all watches to them, and they would fix them. 1 watch was sent to them, a Venom that I paid over 400.00 for. Cost me 35.00 to ship it, that was 4 months ago, has not been returned. They state they never received information technology, but I accept the signed receipt showing they did get it. Sent them copies, via email, and no response. That was ii.v months ago. Stay away from this company. I volition never purchase another Invicta P.O.S again. That is my feel, and opinion.
